Phetpol and Nantawat win the Pro class championship at the “Toyota-2 Double U” Nong Khai Grand Prix 2024

Phetpol Thiraphatphanit and Nantawat Singhurai won the Pro Seated and Standing category in the “Toyota-2W” Waterjet Pro Tour Nong Khai Grand Prix 2024 (TOYOTA -2W Waterjet Pro Tour Nong Khai Grand Prix 2024) in Nong Khai Province on July 14.

The national jet ski competition “Toyota-2W” Waterjet Pro Tour Nong Khai Grand Prix 2024 (TOYOTA -2W Waterjet Pro Tour Nong Khai Grand Prix 2024) on July 14 at Bueng Nong Khai, Nong Khai Province, was the day to decide the champions of the professional class in every category. The fastest jet ski class in the world, Pro-Am Runabout GP, competed in 2 motos, with the two favorites competing for the championship, Pheamphol Thiraphatphanit and Lertpong Khunjeng. In the first moto, Pheamphol did better, collecting 60 points to be in first place. Lertpong came in second and Khunnarong Kaewjeen came in third.

Moto Deciding, Orapan Thiraphatphanit, a strong female racer, overtook her younger brother, Pheamphol, to take the lead before accelerating to finish in 1st place. Pheamphol came in 2nd place and Lertphong came in 3rd place. After 2 motos, Pheamphol was still good enough to win the championship with 113 points. Orapan was the runner-up with 103 points. Lertphong was in 3rd place with 101 points.

While the top-tier stand-up jet ski class, the Pro-Am Ski Grand Prix, also competed in 2 motos, with Nantawat Singhurai the favorite to win in the first moto, followed by the Thai national twins, Thanawin and Thanawit Molee.

Entering Moto 2, Nantawat started to fight with Anon Hongklang and it was Nantawat who took the lead until the end of the game and finished in 1st place while Anon was weak towards the end and was overtaken by Thanawin who eventually finished in 2nd place and Anon finished in 3rd place. In total, for the 2 motos, Nantawat was the champion with a full 120 points, Thanawin was the runner-up with 106 points and Anon was in 3rd place with 91 points.

Professional passenger model, modified engine, Sport GP (Sport GP), first moto, Kiratikorn Phuwangam, a rising star, lost form and got 7th place, Thiraphat Meechai came in 1st, Thanapat Thipprapai came in 2nd and Abdul Dewilo came in 3rd.

Before the next moto, Thiraphat still got off to a good start, leading from start to finish and finishing 1st in the next moto, winning the championship with a full 120 points, while Abdul moved up to 2nd place over Thanaphat, making both of them have 101 points each, but Abdul got the second place because his last moto was better.

The 1,100 cc professional racer (Pro-Am Runabout 1100 Open) competed in a single moto. The champion was Suphatat Futrakul who rode a comfortable 1st place. The runner-up was Thanapat Meechai.
