“Penguin” publishes letter 1 day after being granted bail, says hunger strike is over

Parit “Penguin” Chiwarak, a student activist who was charged with violating Section 112 of Thailand’s Criminal Code, or lese majeste, has penned his first letter after being released on bail Tuesday.
