Netflix n’ Chili or Rocket Man? Sarnies’s pizzas start at noon at Phrom Phong pop-up

Head up Soi Sukhumvit 37 and find Sarnies latest pop-up is not just about croissants. 

What’s interesting is its rotating menu of pizzas which change every two weeks. The idea, the venue told Coconuts Bangkok, is to let customers get the best from its temporary space — so these are no ordinary pizzas.  

The menus are overseen by Leopard Crust Pizza’s Feng Chen, who is known for creative pizzas and claims to have experimented with 600 recipes to perfect her light, airy sourdough pizza.

Current options include the Marinara (THB280), the tomato-sauce classic laden with fresh oregano and garlic confit; the Rocket Man (THB360), a creamy pizza with pancetta, rocket, and mozzarella; and the Squash Goals (THB350), which comes with crispy sage, pancetta, mozzarella, and gorgonzola on a pumpkin cream base.
