KiSara, the fine dining Japanese restaurant at Conrad hotel, has been one of Bangkok’s much-treasured establishments since opening in 2000.

Showcasing some of the best seasonal ingredients, mostly imported from Japan, the refined fare is prepared according to Japan’s long-established culinary tradition with a touch of modern-day aesthetics.

To match the exquisite culinary creations is the restaurant’s gorgeous open-plan setting that blends time-honoured authenticity with contemporary details. The open space, decked out in earth tones with copper, stone and softwood, features a centrestage teppanyaki counter, a classic sushi bar and main dining area as well as five private rooms.
