Lucky Dumpling Market 2021

Pop-up tents and market stalls are coming back to Elder Park with the return of Lucky Dumpling Market for OzAsia Festival.

It’s by the team behind Gluttony at Adelaide Fringe, and the event is taking over the Adelaide Riverbank precinct with 22 food stalls to choose from.

They include Lucky Dumpling regular The Filipino Project serving ribs, lechon (spit-roasted pork), ube (purple yam) soft serve and empanadas; Fire x Soi 38 cooking lemongrass brisket and Chiang Mai hot dogs on a multi-tier barbeque; all-vegan and gluten-free fare from Forage Supply Co; and Asian burgers with kimchi, tonkatsu sauce and plenty of Kewpie mayo from Gang Gang.
