Looking for trustworthy realtor that knows english or french and has experience with foreigners

I’ve been visiting bangkok and really love the atmosphere, I’ve been looking at buying a condo/apartment here with a budget of 500,000 Baht. I know it’s small but I have seen more than a few for that price, however I’m hitting a wall once I try to contact an agent to discuss seeing a place or requesting more detail about them since they don’t know any english and I don’t know any Thai. I also would greatly benefit from having someone I could ask general questions about how the buying process works since I’m a foreigner with no visa whatsoever. (my budget is small because I’d be buying it outright, without a loan since I wouldn’t qualify for one here as far as I’m aware) I tried contacting the big companies that were recommended on google but the price for their service is very high, and that makes sense for people who are buying expensive condos or apartments but that isn’t my situation. I just want to avoid being scammed since even though it’s a small budget when it comes to purchasing a place it’s certainly not a small amount of money in general.
