India will start issuing visas for Bangladeshi tourists from November 15, but they must travel by air, Indian High Commissioner Vikram Kumar Doraiswami said today.
The high commissioner said this to reporters at Brahmanbaria’s Akhaura Land Port while travelling to his country.
