Two young rising chefs, Monthep “Thep” Kamolsilp and Chudaree “Tam” Debhakam, will transform a bounty of incredible and delicious hyper-local ingredients into a seven-course tasting menu for the “TAAN x Baan Tepa Urban Farm Dinner” at TAAN, 5th floor of Siam@Siam Design Hotel, Rama I Road, on Friday.
