National cyclist Jai Angsuthasawit broke his own national record in the qualifying round of the men’s individual sprint 200m time trial at the Track Asia Cup international cycling tournament at the velodrome of Suphanburi Sports School yesterday.
The tournament marked the 62nd anniversary of the Thai Cycling Association.
Jai, who claimed the keirin gold medal at the 2018 Asian Games, won the qualifying round with a time of 10.331sec, breaking his own national record of 10.376sec set in the national championships on Aug 13.
