Article 1 This regulation is called “Regulations of the Education Loan Fund Committee Re: Rules, Procedures, and Conditions for Education Loans and Fund Reimbursement (No. 2), B.E. 2021”

Article 2 This regulation shall come into force from the announcement date onwards.

Clause 3 The provisions of Clause 11 of the regulations of the Committee shall be repealed.Student Loan Fund Re: Rules, Procedures, and Conditions for Education Loans and Fund Reimbursement B.E. 2020 and shall be replaced by the following:

“Clause 11. A student or student who has been approved to lend money must enter into a loan agreement in accordance with the rules, procedures and within the period specified by the Fund. The committee may also prescribe a guarantee for the reimbursement of the fund.
