Finding Work in Thailand as someone who is Half Thai

I was born in England (now studying in Scotland) to a Thai Mother and an English Father.

When i Finish University (Currently Studying medicine at Edinburgh while also having a degree in Biomedical Sciences) i really want to go live and work in Thailand all of my family are there.

Im wondering what my options of work are available to me in Thailand with the degrees i have and will have or even if they can be used in Thailand. Like is it possible to become a Doctor in Thailand or work in anything science related (as thats what my degrees are most suited for) if not then what other jobs are there?

Also regarding my fluency in Thai. I am like 70% percent fluent in Thai Speaking however i struggle with formal speaking. I also cannot read or write in thai, however i am taking Thai language classes and praciticng in my free time.
