NFL Football is BACK!
I know many of you are not NFL American Football fans or followers. But for some of you, especially American Expats and any of you who would like to join in our free NFL Pick’em competition, please join us!

In the USA, NOW IN OUR 13TH YEAR! We have been doing an ESPN NFL Pick’em competition. We’d love to have members of BKKfun.com join us. Here is all the info:
Last year, was a crazy year as a new player “HeHateMeNow” Brian Jones, arrived in our game as a “first-year rookie” and in the first 5 weeks, got off to a huge lead. He cooled a little bit in the later weeks where “Clueless Rob” from BKKfun.com member a Brit and Aussie knows nothing about NFL football, but it wasn’t enough as Brian held on to win our contest.
With over 200,000 players in ESPN’s contest, Brian ranked 98.4% at 1,153 in the entire worldwide contestants. Very impressive!
We all really enjoyed it for the past 12 years.
SO JOIN US! THIS IS AN ONLINE MEETUP EVENT!
Each week, you need to do TWO things.
First: all you have to do is pick the winners (no point spreads) of NFL GAMES throughout the 17 week NFL season.
Second: Confidence, In this new format your picks are ranked based on how confident you are that each of your selections will win. The higher the confidence number you assign to a pick the more points you’ll receive if that team prevails.
This means that a good week is no longer dictated strictly by the number of correct picks you make.
A successful week with this format may offer the biggest reward in validating your skill, savvy and overall football knowledge.
The ESPN website computers run the contest and keep track of the scoring.

So how did the other 12 years of the our NFL Pick’em go?
Here is a short history:
In 2020, for the first time in ALL the years of playing and organizing this event, your organizer, me, Keith won by over 18 points! over second place Scuba Steve. Jim Wonders was 3rd, an always tough and 2 time winner Steelers Fan was 4th, Jilly Willy was 5th and a much improved Kenny’s Kute Kickers was 6th. It was a very close contest.
In 2019, for the second time in 10 years, Steeler Fan won our annual contest. He dominated in the last weeks of the season. He won previously in the 2015 season. He got 166 points!
In 2018, we had a new “sheriff” in town “Grin and Bear it” won with an outstanding 163 points.
In both our 2016 and 2017 season, It was all about our member Marcylynne. In 2016, Marcylynne came out in week one with a huge lead and dominated the competition In 2017, Marcylynne just dominated. NO ONE could catch her.
In 2015, it was once again an exciting battles with SteelerFan and OC Steeler girl tied but at the end Steeler Fan won with the tie breaker.
In 2014 it was another exciting finish as Mayhem32 and JillyWilly54 were tied almost every week. It came down to ONE game. MAYHEM32 who picked the Eagles and hung on to win the 2014 Pick Em season with 171 point to Jilly Willys 170. It was wild!!
In 2013 season, MauiHi won by just 2 points beating me Keith the Organizer. It was a very close battle followed by Big Bad Lion, Jilly Willy, Kenny’s Kute Kickers
