Diplomats on King’s Wisdom tourism route in Chumphon

Diplomats have been visiting Chumphon which is on the King’s Wisdom tourism route. The province has only two seasons: summer and rainy season. In the rainy season, there is a lot of rain throughout the area causing frequent floods, but the “Nong Yai Monkey Cheek” project, one of the royal initiatives of King Bhumibol Adulyadej, has solved the flood problem for Chumphon people.

The diplomatic representatives making the journey are the Ambassador of the Republic of Peru; the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway; the Ambassador of the Republic of Panama and the Second Secretary of the Vatican City State.
