Design and manufacture very low volume PCB boards ?

I’m looking to manufacture a few (<50) custom very simple PCB boards to put on a battery holder, a switch and a couple consumer boards on it. Ideally to provide a drawing with the dimensions i need, and get back the PCBs to do the assembly myself (or even better if they can do the assembly).

Do you know if that’s possible to do this around Bangkok ? Maybe in Fortune Mall ?

I tried my luck near Chinatown but they seem to only sell pre-made components.
