Catch 5 critically-acclaimed Italian films for free next week at SF World Cinema

You can check out five of the finest films in contemporary Italian cinema for free at next week’s ‘Italian Screens’ event at SF World Cinema. 

Among the highlights is The Glance of Music, a documentary directed by Giuseppe Tornatore about the life of legendary film composer Ennio Morricone.



The Hole, an experimental documentary directed by Michelangelo Frammartino, shows the extraordinary adventure of the young members of the Piedmont Speleological Group who, having already explored all the caves of Northern Italy, changed course in August 1961 and went South to explore other caves unknown to man.



Another movie on the lineup is the comedy-drama, The King of Laughter, directed by Mario Martone, which is about the life of Neapolitan comic theater legend Eduardo Scarpetta.
