‘Blade Runner 2049,’ ‘La La Land,’ Dark Knight trilogy among 50+ movies to show on big screens

If it’s been awhile since you were motivated to enter a cinema (IMAX screenings of Tenet don’t count), this month brings fifty-something reasons to do so.

Cinema’s past is its future at House Samyan, which starting next week will show fan favorites from the Oscar-winning frothy musical La La Land and Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight trilogy to much-hyped rom-rom Crazy Rich Asians. They’re part of the indie cinema’s I Am Type H program bringing diverse genre films to the screen for every preference.
