Tawanchai PK Saenchai put on a striking clinic against Niclas Larsen when they met in the main event at One 158: Tawanchai v Larsen in Singapore earlier this month.
The Thai star’s performance earned him a second-round knockout win, as well as three additional rewards.
The first, and most important for the 23-year-old, was a shot at One featherweight Muay Thai world champion Petchmorakot Petchyindee’s gold.
Tawanchai should be facing his compatriot sometime later this year, and he said he will be ready when the day comes.
