Japanese baseball team Astro Planets are looking for Thai players to join them.
Sirinee Kantha, an executive at Besides Sports, said yesterday the Thai company and the Baseball Challenge League side have joined hands to seek Thai athletes to play in Japan’s professional baseball league under the project called the “Baseball Tryouts Thailand.”
Sirinee and Kajorndet Apichattrakul, chief of the Tourism Authority of Thailand’s Tokyo office, attended a match at the team’s Kanakubo Athletic Park Baseball Stadium in Ibaraki on Sunday to launch the project.
