Beauty is everywhere

F   or the first time in Cartier’s high jewellery collection, the Paris-based Maison has fashioned seven rings as if they were sculptures that cover all of its major areas of expression: geometry, movement, colour contrasts, flora and fauna.

The Beautés du Monde capsule collection conveys beauty is everywhere, from the depths of the ocean to the far reaches of the sky.

The seven designs celebrate the beauty of an asteroid, a sea dragon, a sea monster, an ammonite fossil, a geological crystallisation, a Chinese puzzle and a carapace from a drawing in an old biology book.

The selection of stones in itself is a journey to explore a nuanced colour palette featuring green diamonds, purple spinels, tourmalines and other gems to illuminate the precious platinum and white gold rings.
