Bank plans relaunch for enhanced ttb touch app

TMBThanachart Bank (ttb) plans to build up its digital ecosystem through its mobile banking app ttb touch to offer more than banking services.

The bank plans to relaunch ttb touch next month with new features under what it calls a “humanised digital banking” concept.

The bank wants to build a greater ecosystem via its app under a partnership strategy to offer “beyond banking services” in response to consumer demand during the digital era, said Naris Aruksakunwong, head of ttb spark, which is the bank’s digital team that was launched yesterday.

He said the existing version of ttb touch has been providing digital loans and will be improved to cover additional loan products such as automotive and related services under the My Car feature.
