Bangkok Land and Property Tax?

Does anyone know how to pay the Land Tax for Condo online or via a bank?

We are half year residents and have never received a Land Tax bill. The accountant from our building always need to visit the revenue department and wait to find the amount and then pay. It is not a lot of money but very inconvenient. Does anyone know how to access this system online and make a bank transfer? Thanks
