Seems like they’ve been pushing it more and more in the app recently but also seems like the stupidest, most unnecessary feature which benefits businesses in no way. Why would I order krispy kreme doughnuts on grab at an inflated price when i could completely skip grab and get the doughnuts myself anyway, direct? Sure they maybe give minuscule discounts sometimes but if you’re already paying the inflated price, why bother?
