Anyone else’s electric bill high this month?

Last month I paid 1217 baht for 292 kWh. So 4.16 baht per unit. Actually thought this was a little high so decided to do some work in my condo’s library and use the AC there instead of in my condo. The seats are more comfortable than my chair and better for my back anyway, so it was definitely a good change.

This month my bill says I used 335 units and need to pay 1718 baht, 5.12 baht per unit. This was a lot higher than I was expecting since I definitely used less than last months and the per unit cost also increased a lot.

Is there a way for me to check what my really meter says? I assume it might be a misreading.

Also did electricity prices go up recently?

I know it’s not much money I want to understand why my bill says I used so much and why the unit price increased by 25%.
