The second edition of Mrs. National Universe took place in Bangkok on 11-14 September 2022 at Amari Watergate Bangkok, after a two-year Covid hiatus.

The contestants represented the United States, Japan, Belarus, Philippines, Laos, Kenya, Czech Republic, India, Thailand, Russia, Puerto Rico, & Sweden. They were judged over four days on their social skills, confidence, personality, communication skills, on and off-stage presentation, on and off-camera presentation, runway skills, English speaking ability, and more.

Amari Watergate Bangkok, the official host hotel for the pageant contestants, represented by Sukamal Mondal, General Manager, welcomed the ladies on their arrival.
