Two princesses of indie-pop — Jay Som’s Melina Duterte and Palehound’s Ellen Kempner — are featuring in a brand-new project called Bachelor. To celebrate the release of their debut album Doomin’ Sun, Bachelor has announced Doomin’ Sun Fest, a massive virtual livestream event on June 11 with a long list of guests joining in the fun.
Melina and Ellen said on Bachelor’s social media page: “Basically we just wanna have fun celebrating our album release. We’ll be playing our album Doomin’ Sun and have assembled a roster of beautiful artists to share their voices and songs as well.”
