Port will start preparing for their 2021 AFC Champions League games next week, their coach Sarawut Treephan said on Saturday.
The Klong Toey-based team are in Group J of the competition, which includes Kitchee FC of Hong Kong, Guangzhou FC from China and the winners from the play-off 2.
They will start their campaign with a game against Kitchee FC on June 22.
The team have advised their players to report for training at PAT Stadium on April 27.
Sarawut said: “Right now, we have some information about teams which are in our group already.
“We are busy doing our homework — the AFC Champions League is an important tournament for us. The staff coaches will have the strategy ready soon.
“Although we are hosting all group games, it [the event] is a new experience for us so we have to be ready…
