Shorthanded NBTC board faces choice
The telecom regulator’s original plan to auction off rights to use satellite orbital slots in March is likely to be derailed as several critical details in the draft auction agreement require amendment and approval by the agency’s board, says a source at the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) who requested anonymity.
