The deceased body of a man with signs of possible foul play was spotted on Jomtien Beach in Sattahip on Friday morning, July 7th.
Na Jomtien police rushed to Jomtien Beach along with Sattahip rescue workers in response to a report of a dead human body discovery.
Upon their arrival, the authorities found a deceased unidentified man dressed in a pink T-shirt and brown shorts. Upon examination, it was found that the body had suffered a severe blow to the right temple, resulting in a deep skull fracture. The individual had likely passed away at least 8 hours prior to the discovery, according to the authorities.
The Na Jomtien police revealed to The Pattaya News that in the vicinity where the body was found, there appeared to be signs of a barbecue gathering, as two grill stoves, beach umbrellas, and broken bamboo sticks were discovered. Additionally, a one-meter-long wooden log was found at the incident site.
The police had collected these items as evidence.
It was believed that the deceased was a homeless man who was dropped off at the beach after he became drunk and caused a disturbance within a nearby village. The person who left him there was reportedly the chief of the village.
The police were attempting to identify the victim and looking into the above report.
The Pattaya News will provide further updates on this story when and if they become available. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=–=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
