Masatada Ishii will be aiming to maintain his perfect record as coach of Buriram United when the Thai League 1 leaders visit bitter rivals Muang Thong United today.
The Japanese has guided the Thunder Castle to four successive wins in all competitions since he began his reign at Buriram this month.
His men defeated second-placed Bangkok United last week to build a five-point lead over the capital side.
Muang Thong, who beat Ratchaburi 1-0 in midweek, are eight points behind Buriram.
Ishii said yesterday he had studied Muang Thong’s matches and is ready to face the Kirins.
“We have analysed Muang Thong’s games for sometime and we already have plans to handle them,” Ishii said.
